Dr. Dahlman and his team, including a registered nurse and surgically trained dental assistants, welcome you to our oral and maxillofacial surgery practice.  

We know that it can be stressful to learn that you need surgery, and we want you to know that we are committed to supporting you every step of the way. We are a Certified Deep Sedation Facility by the British Columbia College of Oral Health Professionals.

What To Expect During the Surgery Process

Our goal is to make you to feel comfortable from the moment you enter our dental clinic. Click on a question below to learn what to expect.

  • What will happen during my first visit?

    When you visit our office for the first time, please arrive about 10 minutes early so that you have time to fill out the New Patient Form. You will wait for your appointment to begin in our waiting room, where you will find ample reading materials and comfortable seating.

    At the beginning of your visit, your dentist will refer to your New Patient Form and discuss your dental health needs with you.

    During and after your appointment, a member of our team will answer any questions you may have about your oral health and treatment options.

  • How can I book an appointment?

    You can book your next appointment while you are at our office, or you can contact us any time during business hours. Request Appointment

  • How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

    We accept cancellations over the phone, in person or by email.

    If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us two days in advance to let us know.

  • Do you offer appointment reminders?

    In the days leading up to your appointment, you will receive automated appointment reminders for your convenience. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us two days in advance to let us know.

  • Do you offer direct insurance billing?

    We accept most insurance plans. Bring your insurance information with you to your first appointment, and our team will be happy to submit your claim to your insurance company directly.
